Beans and Crab

This is fast-food at its finest. Sauté chopped onion, finely sliced garlic and a couple of deseeded chopped chillies in olive oil, until soft. Bung in some cooked Domingo Rojo beans and as much crabmeat as you can get your hands on - fresh, frozen or tinned. Heat through. Eat and smile!

(If you absolutely can’t find any crab, tinned tuna makes a budget alternative - though in truth that’s a slightly diminished dish.)
